Why do we tend to hurt the ones we love the most?
Eric Santos, the natural heir to the Santos family empire and his fiancée Faye Serrano, have decided to keep their original wedding date as well as the luxury cruise honeymoon that would take them from Santa Barbara to Puerto Vallarta. Even though just months ago, Eric was in a freak accident that left him bound in his wheelchair for the rest of his life.
The honeymoon came to an abrupt end when Eric went missing on the third day of the cruise, as the ship docked at the first port of call in Mexico. As the police started their investigation on the missing person case, the seemingly happy Santos family became unraveled under the pressure of the tragedy. Lies, deceits, even murder - all the dark secrets they have kept from one another, though often born from good intention, came boiling to the surface.
